2. Shop Owner Account Responsibilities: Shop owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and securing access to their administrative dashboard.
3. Accuracy of Information: Shops are solely responsible for ensuring that their business details, service menus, operating hours, and contact information provided within the platform are accurate.
4. AI-Generated Responses: AI responses are generated automatically based on configuration and conversation context. AI-generated responses may not always be perfect and should be monitored by shop staff.
5. Booking Requests: Booking submissions captured through the platform represent appointment requests and may require manual confirmation by the shop before service delivery.
6. Shop Obligations: Shop owners are entirely responsible for their automotive services, pricing, availability, customer interactions, and fulfillment of requested work.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Misuse: Users and shops agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activities.
8. Platform Availability & Limitation of Liability: AutoShopAssist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Account Suspension & Intellectual Property: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform policies. All platform software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of AutoShopAssist.
10. Modifications & Contact: We may update these terms from time to time. For legal or support inquiries, contact your system administrator.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Process: AutoShopAssist processes shop/business profile information, customer contact details submitted during chat conversations, lead logs, and appointment requests.
2. How Information is Used: Collected data is used strictly to provide core platform services, power AI receptionists, facilitate email notifications, and populate the shop owner dashboard.
3. Data Retention & Infrastructure: Information is stored securely using industry-standard database infrastructure and retained for as long as necessary to support shop operations.
4. No Selling of Private Data: AutoShopAssist does not sell, rent, or trade customers' or shop owners' private or sensitive information. Data is never used for unrelated advertising purposes.
5. User & Shop Rights: Shops maintain control over their data and can update or remove information through their secure administrative portal.
6. Policy Updates: This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect service enhancements.
SMS & Messaging Compliance
1. Consent-Based Messaging: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through AutoShopAssist are used solely to facilitate appointment communications and customer service between shops and their customers.
2. No Third-Party Marketing Sharing: Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text message content are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, in accordance with A2P 10DLC and mobile carrier requirements.
3. Opt-Out: Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications, and HELP to request assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Carrier Verification: AutoShopAssist maintains registered messaging campaigns and business identity verification with mobile carriers to ensure reliable, compliant message delivery.
